A pocket movie studio for two

Star in a scene.
Bring a friend.

TwoShot turns one selfie and one willing accomplice into a short, ridiculous video scene — a slow-mo lobby strut, a talk-show meltdown, a red-carpet pose gone wrong. Pick the scene. We roll the cameras.

The Scene Booth

Run a take, right here.

This demo is fully simulated — no video model runs, nothing uploads, and your photos never leave this page. In the app, this flow becomes a real ~6-second clip.

1 Pick your scene

2 Cast two people

Use your own photos (they stay in this browser tab) or tap a sample cast member.

The scene library

Original scenes.
Zero recycled footage.

Every scene is an original TwoShot production — written, lit and shot for two people to drop into. A new one premieres every Friday.

Three steps to a premiere

How TwoShot works

  1. 01

    Cast

Add a selfie and send a link to your scene partner. They tap “yes, I’m in” — no consent, no scene. Photos are verified, never resold, and deleted on request.

  2. 02

    Pick a scene

Browse the library — every scene an original shoot with two open roles. Watch a 2-second storyboard loop before you commit a credit.

  3. 03

    Premiere

The render queue cuts your clip (usually under two minutes), then it's yours: save it, share it to the group chat, or post it straight from the share sheet.

Friday premieres

This week's drop

NOW SHOWING

Lobby Strut

Slow-motion entrance. Frozen bellhops. You two, way too cool for check-in.

NEXT FRIDAY

Elevator Freeze

A packed elevator holds still while you two absolutely do not.

THE WEEK AFTER

Briefing Room

Classified dossiers, a swinging lamp, and a handoff that goes sideways.

Planned pricing — pilot numbers, not promises

Pay per scene, not per month.

One credit renders one scene. Prices below are working hypotheses — they assume our low-cost render lane (~$0.30 per successful video); on a premium lane they'd need to rise or margin falls.

FAQ

Does my friend have to agree to be in the video?

Yes — always. You send them a link, they approve their likeness for that scene (or all scenes), and they can revoke it whenever they want. No second yes, no render.

Is the demo on this page real?

No. The Scene Booth composits your photos onto poster art to show the flow. It doesn't call a video model, doesn't upload anything, and doesn't produce a real clip. The app renders actual ~6-second videos.

Are these real movie scenes or celebrity footage?

No. Every template is an original TwoShot production built for two-person casting. We don't clip films, music videos, or anyone's copyrighted footage.

What happens to my photos?

In this demo: nothing — they never leave your browser tab. In the app: photos are used to cast your likeness, stored encrypted, and permanently deleted when you ask. They're never sold or used to train models.

How long does a render take?

Our target is under two minutes for a standard scene. If a render fails, the credit goes straight back to your balance automatically.
